We have a team of qualified environmentalists to conduct Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA). The process aims at establishing the anticipated effects on the environment of a proposed development or project. If the process reveals that the likely effects are unacceptable, design measures or other relevant mitigation measures can be taken to reduce or avoid those effects.

We also conduct a Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) and integrate all environmental considerations into the preparation of Plans, Programs, and prior to their final adoption. The objectives of the SEA process are to provide for a high level of protection of the environment and to promote sustainable development by contributing to the integration of environmental considerations into the preparation and adoption of specified Plans and Programs.

The main purpose of EIA's is to provide important information for Decision making on Environmental Consequences of proposed actions when deciding whether or not to proceed with the project or not. Properly carried out Environmental Impacts Assessments also promote Environmentally sound and sustainable development by identifying appropriate enhancement and mitigation measures.
